  2010 Band Camp Schedule
 The Band Camp dates for 2010 have been released and are listed below for your convenience. For a full listing of summer events, please download the Summer Schedule

Note: This schedule is for the full band rehearsals only. Please check the Guard Practice Schedule and the CPG Summer Calendar for Guard and Percussion department specific rehearsals. 

Week 1

Monday, August 2 
           7:30am – Noon: Full Band marching and music rehearsals
           1:30pm – 3:00pm: Wind Section Rehearsals; 1:30-3:30 pit/battery rehearsal
           5:30pm – 8:30pm: Full Band Marching rehearsal

Tuesday, August 3
           7:30am – Noon: Full Band marching and music rehearsals
           1:30pm – 3:00pm: Wind Section Rehearsals; 1:30-3:30 pit/battery rehearsal
           5:30pm – 8:30pm: Full Band Marching rehearsal

Wednesday, August 4
          7:30am – Noon: Full Band marching and music rehearsals
           1:30pm – 3:00pm: Wind Section Rehearsals; 1:30-3:30 pit/battery rehearsal

Thursday, August 5
           7:30am – Noon: Full Band marching and music rehearsals
           1:30pm – 3:00pm: Wind Section Rehearsals; 1:30-3:30 pit/battery rehearsal
           5:30pm – 8:30pm: Full Band marching rehearsal

Friday, August 6
           7:30am – 10:30am: Full Band marching and music rehearsals
           10:30am – 12:00pm: Band Picture (band members must bring uniform this day)           
           1:30pm – 3:00pm: Wind Section Rehearsals; 1:30-3:30 pit/battery rehearsal
           Evening: Full Band Social Event


Week 2

Monday, Aug. 9 
           7:30am – Noon    Full Band marching and music rehearsals
           1:30pm – 3:00pm    Band Pictures (inspection at 1:30pm - bring your uniform)
           5:30pm – 8:30pm: Full Band marching rehearsal

Tuesday Aug. 10

Thursday, Aug. 19

Friday, Aug. 20
          5:00pm – 7:00pm: Full Band Rehearsal
         7:00pm – 9:00pm: 7th Annual Fall Premiere! (including mandatory parent meeting)
  TABC Certification

As discussed at the Trip Meeting on March 31st, PHP is now requiring anyone ringing up sales at PHP concessions (for non FISD events) to be TABC certified. We are asking as many adults as possible to compete this training. Below you will find two links to online training sites where you can undergo the training and take the TABC test from your computer. The Band Boosters will reimburse you for the testing fee from either of these two sites.

Simply navigate to one of these sites, create an account and complete the training. Once you have completed the training:

1) Print out a copy of your receipt
2) Make a copy of your certification
3) Place both copies in an envelope (that is clearly marked with your address) into the black box
4) The boosters will mail a reimbursement check to the address marked on the envelope
