FIRST-TIMERS! Here are the step-by-step instructions for the two ways to order scrip:
Option 1:
Go to www.shopwithscrip.com,
Click the green box--"Family Sign-up/Create Account," fill in the fields including student first and last name.
After you fill that in and click "I accept," the next page asks for an enrollment code--which is what will ensure that CHS Band gets the credit.
Please enter the CHS band code, then you're ready to browse all the vendors by category or store/restaurant name.
Make your selections, choose the quantity, and click "Add to cart."
When you've made all your selections, click "Proceed to checkout" and double-check to ensure that you have everything you want.
Then click the orange "Checkout" button.
Be sure to click the orange "Confirm your order" button.
When the last page comes up detailing your order, print a copy and put it in the black box with your cash or check.
Option 2:
Go to www.centennialband.com
Click “Resources”
Click “Scrip”
Click “Scrip Order Form” and print out the order form,
Mark your selections, and put it with your cash or check in an envelope and drop it in the black box in the band hall (on the wall outside Mr. Linley's office door).
Option 1 sounds more complicated, but there are far more vendor options online than I was able to fit on the order form. Also, option 2 has a $1 handling fee, because I have to go online and enter your order if you don’t.
There's also an option to link your bank account to your scrip account, called Presto-Pay, where you don't have to print off anything or put payment in the black box. It takes a couple of days to set up. There are more details about setting up Presto-Pay online.
