Hello Titan Band and Color Guard Families,
32 days until graduation for the Class of 2025! So many fun activities remain in the next 4 weeks…….
This week:
· Monday 4/21: Drumline – Final Ensemble Audition for 2025-2026: 4:30 – 6pm in CHS Percussion room
· Wednesday 4/23: Biology and US History EOC; Late Arrival for all non-testing students
Spring Trip:
Important Parent & Chaperone Meeting Monday 4/21 6:30pm in the Band Hall
· Saturday April 26: Early Departure - Students should plan to arrive at CHS between 5AM-5:15AM
· Tuesday April 29th: Estimated return to CHS at 3:30PM (tentative, based on traffic conditions)
2025-2026 Band Camp & Registration – May 10th (see attached flyer)
Reminder that ALL students enrolled in 2025-2026 Band & Guard should attend camp 10-11:30am. A separate communication will be sent this week with Registration packages and Fee schedules.
All families and students should plan to attend registration:
12:30 – 2:00: Freshman/New Students
2:00 – 4:00pm: Returning students
Looking ahead – Please put these dates on your calendars:
· Saturday April 26 – Tuesday April 29: Spring Trip (with excused absence from school on Monday & Tuesday)
· Friday May 2nd: Band & Color Guard Banquet at Frisco Hall 6pm – 11pm
· Saturday May 10th: Spring Camp and 2025-2026 Band and Color Guard Registration (all incoming 9th – 12th graders)
· Tuesday May 13th: 6pm - TBBA General Membership Meeting & 2025-2026 TBBA Officer Elections & 7pm - Spring Concert
· Thursday May 15th: Percussion Spring Concert
· Thursday May 22nd: Graduation for the Class of 2025!!
