Hello Titan Band and Color Guard Families,
Congratulations to all our Band Members who qualified for All-Region and All-Area. We are so proud of your hard work and accomplishments!
This week:
· Color Guard Dance Class & Rehearsals – Check the website for specific Varsity and JV times on Monday & Wednesday/Thursday
· Wednesday December 11th – Holiday Concert (all band members): See details below
· Thursday Dec 12th: Spirit Night @ Halo Pizzeria. 11220 Panther Creek Parkway. Remember to mention the Centennial Band so we get credit for your purchase.
December 11: Band Holiday Concert and TBBA General Membership meeting:
· DRESS CODE INFO – We have received many questions about the Dress Code. Men should be in dress pants, shoes and shirts; Women in dresses, dress pants / skirts & blouses. NO jeans, tennis shoes, t-shirts or sweatshirts. However, HOLIDAY ATTIRE IS ENCOURAGED, including holiday colors and holiday themed ties, dresses, sweaters and Santa hats. · Beginning at 7pm. the performance order is: 3rd Band, 2nd Band and 1st Band.
· We will take a very short break between 3rd and 2nd band for the TBBA General Meeting and Director’s Gift presentation. We welcome all parents to please come early/stay for this meeting and presentation
· Refreshments will be provided after each band performs, courtesy of the TBBA Socials committee
Last Call - Directors Gift Donation:
Thank you to all the families that have generously contributed to gifts for our Band, Percussion and Color Guard directors. We will present them during this week’s Band Holiday Concert. If you would still like to make a donation for Mr. Rein, Ms. Kay, Mr. Wallace, Mr. Goodheer and Ms. Flores, please send your contributions by Cash, Check, Zelle or PayPal by Monday December 9th. Please clearly indicate “Directors Gifts” on your donation – Cash/Check in sealed enveloped dropped in Black Lock box at school; Zelle (no fee) or PayPal (with 3% processing fee) to treasurer@ centennialband.com

Senior Scholarships Now Open:
Applications Due December 20, 2024 (4pm)
Each year, the TBBA grants up to 8 scholarships through the Frisco Education Foundation (FEF). The FEF program manages over 900 scholarship programs for eligible Frisco ISD graduating seniors. Applications are available on the FISD Website (link below) beginning December 3rd 10am and must be submitted by December 20th 4pm (NO exceptions).
