Hello Titan Band and Color Guard Families,
CONGRATULATIONS to our Varsity Sapphires Color Guard team on their 3rd place finish at yesterday’s NTCA Competition. Let’s keep cheering on our Varsity program during their last 2 competitions March 22-23 (WGI) and March 29-30 (NTCA Championships).
This week:
· Band students should we actively working on UIL performance pieces
· Varsity Sapphires practice Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm
· March 10th 4:30pm – 6:30pm 2025-2026 Drumline auditions for ALL current 8th – 11th grade students. Parents of current 8th grade students will have a Parent Meeting as well
· March 11th & 12th 4:45pm – 7pm: 2025-2026 Color Guard Auditions in CHS Cafeteria. Parent Meeting is Wednesday at 7pm
Registration for 2025 Banquet due March 31st
· Please see special communication sent Saturday March 8th sent to all students and guardians
· ALL STUDENTS AND FAMILY MEMBERS MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE in order to secure the appropriate number of tables and food. Tickets are NOT sold at the door.
· Please complete only 1 registration for the entire family.

Priority - Parent Volunteers still needed for 3 short-term committees:
PLEASE consider offering your time and energy to keep our program going strong. Our previous Committee Chairs will to help you get started with templates and detailed instructions. No previous experience required!
1) Nominating Committee (2 Non-Board Members + 1 Board Member): This committee solicits candidates interested in serving on 2025-2026 TBBA Board. Meets a few times between March – May and prepares the slate of candidates for Election in May.
2) Audit Committee (2 Non-Board Members + 1 Board Member + Alternate): This committee reviews the financial records for 2024-2025 and prepares an Audit Report
3) Banquet Committee (up to 5 members): Assist our Social Events Chair (Sasha Bailey) with planning and /or working at our May 2nd Banquet.
